The Best Breakfast Soup Ever

Ramen Noodle Breakfast Soup

I did not invent this soup, but I cook it a little differently than I've seen it described in other places. I used Chicken flavor for this soup. This is the perfect quick breakfast meal. Once you make this... you will always think about the next time you will make Ramen Noodle Breakfast Soup.

Ramen Noodle Breakfast Soup

Ingredients

Directions

This recipe will make enough soup for 2 to 4 servings. Need less, just half all the ingredients.

2 packages Ramen Noodles, opened and flavor packets removed. Set noodles aside for right now.

1 – Heat five cups water to a boil in large pot.
4 eggs
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
2 Flavor packets from Ramen Noodle
2- When the water boils, place vegetables and the contents of 2 flavor packets into the water. Cook for 4 minutes in boiling water. Then...
3 – Take eggs, which you have already beaten until smooth, and slowly stir into boiling water. The water will stop boiling. Slowly stir mixture, as it begins to boil again, until eggs look done – about one minute.

Ramen Noodles
Pepper
Dried Parsley Flakes
4 – When mixture begins to boil again place noodles in mixture. Boil for 3 minutes... making sure you gently stir the soup as it cooks.
5 – Remove from heat and wait one minute.
6 – Carefully ladle your soup into your soup cup or bowl. Sprinkle lightly with pepper and parsley flakes.

You and your soup
7 – Enjoy what will now become your new savory food source!

Eat A Great Fish Meal

This missive is a response to a pre-packaged microwave fish dinner I saw online that made my stomach turn sour.

No, no... no! I'm not eating that crap. No! You want to eat some good fish? Have you tried SWAI fish? Swai is an Asian catfish that is becoming very popular. I live in Northern Virginia and it is readily available here. Fresh or frozen… it doesn’t matter. Buy Swai…

Typical catfish has a kind of meaty texture to it. Swai is feather light, white and beautiful in texture and taste. You can fry it, bake it, broil it or prepare it anyway you desire. Once you eat it you will love it.

Go to
-- http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=swai+fish&qpvt=swai+fish&FORM=IGRE -- to see what I’m talking about.

Here is what you do with your Swai the first time you try it:

One cup Yellow Corn meal.

One teaspoon salt.

Two tablespoons coriander.

I/2 teaspoon black pepper.

One teaspoon dry parsley flakes.

Mix all these ingredients in a medium size bowl.

Take four Swai filets and dip them in milk. Cover them in the corn meal mix. Place them on a plate and let them sit for three minutes. In the meantime, heat a few tablespoons of olive oil to medium high. Always remember… Olive oil burns easily and fast! NEVER leave the stove when you have olive oil on a burner!

Fry the fish on both sides just to the browning point. Be careful because the fish is very light and might break apart if you are too rough with it. Use a large frying pan and cook two pieces at a time.

You will have already cooked your brown rice and favorite vegetable. The corn bread is a no brainer! A glass of ginger ale on the side… and you have the perfect meal. Serve this to your man, or your woman, and thank me later when you get all the love you need for your effort!
