The Best Breakfast Soup Ever


 
Ramen Noodle Breakfast Soup
 
 
 
I did not invent this soup, but I cook it a little differently than I've seen it described in other places. I used Chicken flavor for this soup. This is the perfect quick breakfast meal. Once you make this... you will always think about the next time you will make Ramen Noodle Breakfast Soup.

Directions


This recipe will make enough soup for 2 to 4 servings. Need less, just half all the ingredients.

2 packages Ramen Noodles, opened and flavor packets removed. Set noodles aside for right now.

1 – Heat five cups water to a boil in large pot.
4 eggs
½ cup chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped green pepper
2 Flavor packets from Ramen Noodle
2- When the water boils, place vegetables and the contents of 2 flavor packets into the water. Cook for 4 minutes in boiling water. Then...
3 – Take eggs, which you have already beaten until smooth, and slowly stir into boiling water. The water will stop boiling. Slowly stir mixture, as it begins to boil again, until eggs look done – about one minute.

Dried Parsley Flakes
4 – When mixture begins to boil again place noodles in mixture. Boil for 3 minutes... making sure you gently stir the soup as it cooks.
5 – Remove from heat and wait one minute.
6 – Carefully ladle your soup into your soup cup or bowl. Sprinkle lightly with pepper and parsley flakes.
